“We wanted a low maintenance garden which meant our swimming pool had to go and be replaced by a smaller water feature of some sort. We also had a number of mature, feature plants and trees that we wished to retain so we recognised that some serious garden design was called for, especially as the previous owners had partially terraced the site.

Trevor listened carefully to our wishes but we intentionally gave him free rein to use his imagination. After careful measurement, Trevor came up with a brilliant design that appeared to meet our brief in an innovative, cost effective manner. We were particularly impressed with Trevor’s plans for the treating the change in levels… he seemed to have achieved all this without the need to import material to infill the pool.

Trevor engaged a local gardening firm and oversaw the work which went very smoothly. Finally Trevor organised a supply of new trees and plants and oversaw their installation according to his planting scheme. We were again pleased that Trevor was able to blend the new plants with some of our existing. It was then down to us to apply copious amounts of water over one of the driest Augusts on record!

Here we are, two Summers later enjoying a wonderfully integrated garden that provides pleasure the whole year round. Trevor has provided exactly the type of garden we were seeking: we would unhesitatingly recommend his services.”
